Capaccioli was
founded in 1960 and is named after its founder, professor avvocato Enzo
Capaccioli, at first a judge, following this a University professor and finally
an administrative and fiscal lawyer, advisor to public bodies – such as IRI
and ENI – and to the Bank of Italy.
Professor
Capaccioli, former under-secretary to the Italian Government’s Budget and
Economic Planning Department, was a leading academic and several of his pupils
today hold posts in universities, government and in companies and banks on a
national and international level.
The
firm offers legal, contractual and fiscal assistance on a national and
international level from its headquarters in Florence and from its correspondent
offices where it is present in the first person.
